The rugged MiniRAE 2000 is the smallest pumped handheld volatile organic compound (VOC) monitor on the market. Its Photoionization Detector’s (PID) extended range of 0-10,000 ppm makes it an ideal instrument for applications from environmental site surveying to HazMat/Homeland Security.

The 580B Organic Vapor Meter, using a highly sensitive photoionization detector, will detect and quantify most organic vapors. This microprocessor-based PID provides maximum signal hold, signal linearization with a dynamic range of 0.1 to 2000 PPM and over-range lockout. 10.6 eV or 11.8 eV Lamp l 0-200ppm Range l LCD Display

Detects organic vapors using both PID and FID technologies. The PID is operating with a 10.6eV lamp that will read any VOCs with an ionization potential (i.e.) of less than 10.6. The ranges for this instrument are 0.5-2000ppm (PID), 1-50,000ppm (FID). The PID is calibrated to Isobutylene and the FID is calibrated to Methane. (Intrinsically safe for Class 1, Division 2, Groups A, B, C, D)

Detects organic vapors from 1 to 50,000ppm. It has an internal, rechargeable battery and internal sampling pump. The instrument require 99.9% hydrogen to fuel the internal flame which is included with the rental (special shipping required). The unit is calibrated with methane prior to leaving our office.
