When you fill out an information request form or an order form with AJAX you will be asked to provide contact information. The customer will be asked for first name, last name, address, contact number and similar information. This information helps send you the ordered supplies as soon as possible.

A Note on Security

AJAX utilizes a third-party co-location/co-hosting partner to provide much of our system security. The third party host does not have access to user information and Ajaxrentals.com is the only party that has access to the user's information. The third party CO-location partner provides at a minimum the following:

• Servers in a high security facility
• Redundant systems for power, air conditioning, server, and the database
• Intruder alarms and fire systems are in place
• The facility is guarded against seismic activity
• The facility has multi-level security for visitors and vendors
